חברת Nintendo מבטיחה שישוחררו יותר מ- 25 כותרים חדשים אשר יהיו מיועדים לקונסולת ה- GameCube, וישתחררו עד הקיץ הקרוב. רוב הכותרים המדוברים הוזכרו בעבר ברשימות שחרור, אך במבט מקרוב מצאנו כמה הפתעות.

בנימה פרטנית יותר, ברשימת המשחקים ל- GC, המשחק F-Zero קיבל תאריך שחרור של יוני, וגרסה בלתי מוכרזת של The Sims אמורה לצאת ברבע הראשון של השנה.

ברשימת משחקי ה- Game Boy Advance, חדשות טובות באות מתאריך שחרור במרץ של המשחקים Pok'mon Ruby ו- Pok'mon Sapphire, ותאריך שחרור ביוני של Advance Wars 2 והמשחק הבלית מוכרז, Donkey Kong Country. ברשימת המשחקים בולט גם שיחרורו של המשחק Konami's Castlevania: Aria of Sorrows ברבע השני של השנה.
